Recently I have acquired the position of “Intern” at The Batavian. You can check out the post they did on me here. Basically I’ll be covering events in the community by writing short articles and providing video. I may also work on a couple special interest stories about local people. I’m excited about working with the staff at The Batavian and can’t wait to see what we can do together.

I just got my new macro and telephoto lens! I was so excited I had my mom take a picture of me holding the package.

The last couple of days I’ve been updating and redesigning Just Passing Thru Productions/Medias website. I wanted to keep the site simple, but still get across my attitude toward media. I’m definitely not a graphic designer or anything, but the site didn’t turn out to bad. I’m using Wordpress to power the site. I’m using a heavily modified version of the default Wordpress theme. I’ll probably be changing the site a little and tweaking it for the next couple of days, but it’s not to bad as of right now. Well thats it for this update!
