i just discovered the real reason why this occurs.the like box disappears if you are logged into facebook as the page, if you switch to your own account, the like box reappears.

Hi, Mike. Thanks for letting me know! Since I don’t have a 5D mkII I couldn’t check it. Did you come up with a way to use this method effectively on the 5D? If so I’d love to share it on the post.

I’d like to note that this doesnt work on a 5D mKII. The crop marks fall too low on the LCD. But this is a real simple method. Its not too hard coming up with an appropriate version for 5d.ThanksMike M.
